a small urban and empty plot of land into a communal space of forest interpretation, education and recreation.
It aims to achieve a goal of encouraging curiosity as well as community interaction. Taking real specimens, plants and trees from the 3 forest zones and incorporating them into the park design, the architects will be creating a space that will stimulate different senses, using tactile points, sounds, smells and much more.
Designed by Arkitrek, a small sustainability-focused architectural design firm
based in Kota Kinabalu.
